Management, Strategic Planning, Organizational Alignment and Leadership
Optimization.
Ms. Meiller-Cook has over 25 years of experience in multiple
industries, specializing in the areas of Business Strategy and
Leadership, Marketing and Sales, Human Resources, and Operations
Management. Starting her career with Human Resources at IBM in East
Fishkill, New York, and Ms. Meiller-Cook was then recruited for Sales
and Marketing assignments in Tucson, Boston, and Manhattan, where she
received numerous commendations for outstanding performance, including
the IBM’s Chairman’s Award. She joined EDS where she spent five years in
the areas of Business and Strategic Planning, Recruiting, Marketing,
and Business Development, leading transition efforts as a result of
mergers/acquisitions in new market areas including Geographic
Information Systems, Optical Imaging, and Outsourcing services.
Upon relocating to Florida twenty years ago, she led Branch and
Regional Operations in the IT Solutions industry. There was a
significant focus on business alignment, after-market acquisition
strategy and transition, and corporate-wide client business relationship
management with global organizations. After a short engagement with a
venture capital firm specializing in offshore SOX compliance services in
South America, Ms. Meiller-Cook opened a management consulting company
in January 2006 with four practices areas which include: Strategy and
Facilitation, IT Optimization and Planning, Human Capital and
Organizational Alignment, and Business Process Optimization, who
regularly works with medium to large organizations to assess, recommend
and guide them to effectively transform their organizations to a state
of performance excellence. This includes the facilitation, development
and implementation of operational and cost efficiencies, organizational
alignment, and a metrics-based performance management environment where
this is accountability and ownership for the success of the
organization.
